  • The item must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
  • Certain products, such as perishable goods, personal care items, and digital downloads, are non-refundable.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at refunds@shopeight.com.au with your order number, reason for return, and supporting photos (if applicable).
  2. We will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
  3. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where we made an error.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

5. Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it for the same product. To request an exchange:

  • Digital products and gift cards.
  • Items marked as Final Sale.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

  • Contact your credit card company, as it may take time to process.
